Disney World has closed a mask loophole, banning park visitors from eating and drinking while they walk

A new mandate at Disney World demands even more intrusive mask obedience, threatening visitors to leave the park if they walk around eating or drinking without a mask on. Disney World has closed a mask loophole, banning park visitors from eating and drinking while they walk as a means to force attendees to wear masks. “Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) and Cast Members,” reads Disney World’s official policy. “Please bring your own face coverings and wear them at all times, except when dining or swimming.” The new policy instructs visitors exactly when and where they can eat. Visitors are only allowed to eat or drink if they stop and stand still, while consciously keeping 6 feet away from other people at all times. If they get caught, they are told to leave the park. If the visitor needs to catch his/her breath, they are sanctioned off to a “relaxation station” where they can take off their mask for a while. “Mask rule update. Disney has updated face-covering guidelines to say that guests may only remove masks when ACTIVELY eating and drinking, and must be stationary and physically distanced when doing so,” said writer Brooke McDonald in an Instagram post. “This means no more munching Mickey pretzels or sipping drinks as you stroll.” Disney is also specifying that guests cannot wear costume masks and that “use of face coverings is not a substitute for physical distancing.” It won’t be long before wearable sensors are required for entry, alerting individuals when they are too close to one another. People who do not believe in living under a mask will be excluded from society and threatened with trespassing, even though forcing something over someone’s face and that of their children’s face is trampling on an individual’s private medical decisions, personal beliefs, and civil liberties. Note: There is now a mask enforcement squad. While we’ve only seen designated mask enforcement Cast Members at EPCOT so far, we expect similar protocols to follow at the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs as well. In general, these rules will be modified across the board to close any loopholes that people have found. Also, forcing mask compliance at events and grocery stores adopting these same measures. You already see places using guards at the door or “health ambassadors” as Wal-Mart is doing. So, who is being conditioned and controlled? Disney is looking like the most unhappy place to be where dreams are squashed with authoritarian values....

Disney News: Rivers of Light Closed Forever, Confirmation of Primeval Whirl and Stitch’s Great Escape Permanent Closures

As reported in a memo to Cast Members, Disney has officially announced the closure of two attractions and a night-time light spectacular. Disney didn’t offer a reason for the decision yet; the most surprising of the closures is the permanent closure of Rivers of Light, the night-time spectacular at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Along with this are the permanent closures of Primeval Whirl and Stitch’s Great Escape. Stitch’s Great EscapeStitch’s Great Escape! opened in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom back in 2004.  Based on the 2002 film Lilo & Stitch, the attraction was a less scary replacement for the ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter.Disney debuted Rivers of Light back in 2017. Like EPCOT’s Illuminations, it did not rely on Disney characters and intellectual property In 2019, Disney announced that it would add Disney characters to an updated copy of the show, called Rivers of Light: We Are One. Primeval WhirlPrimeval Whirl initially closed for maintenance issues late in 2019 but moved from a refurbishment status to a seasonal situation. At this time, Disney has released no information on what will replace these attractions....
