A note on AI: We use AI for mood research, naming exploration, and brand-voice drafting. Every mark you see is hand-drawn, hand-kerned, and trademark-vetted by a human designer. AI accelerates discovery; it doesn’t draw your logo.

Refine

Selected route gets two structured rounds of refinement. Curves redrawn at the bezier, kerning tuned at every size, USPTO TESS pre-search.

Document

Common questions

Eight things every founder asks us first.

How long does a logo project actually take?

Two to three weeks for a Signature Mark sprint, five to seven weeks for a full Identity System, and an ongoing quarterly cadence for Brand Operations engagements. Timelines start the day we receive a signed scope and approved brand brief, not the day we send the proposal.

Do you use AI to generate logos?

No. Every Tridence mark is drawn by a human designer in Illustrator, Figma, or Glyphs and refined at the bezier curve. We use AI for mood research, naming exploration, and brand-voice drafting — never for the mark itself. Generative AI logos can’t be trademarked, and they look like the algorithm that drew them.

Do I own the logo when you’re done?

Yes. On final payment, full intellectual-property ownership transfers to you in writing. You receive vector master files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), every raster export you need, and a license-clean type pairing. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio.

Will you check the trademark for me?

We perform a USPTO TESS pre-search on every proposed mark before refinement and will flag obvious conflicts and visually similar registrations in your industry. For a binding clearance opinion you’ll want a trademark attorney; we’ll coordinate with yours or recommend one we’ve worked with.

What if I don’t like any of the concepts?

It’s rare, and we’ve built the process to prevent it: the brand brief gets approved before design starts, and the three concepts always span distinct territories. If none resonate, we treat it as new strategic information, regroup on the brief, and present a second round at no additional cost.

How does a logo work for AI search and Google’s knowledge panel?

Modern identity work includes schema markup, structured Organization data, and a properly registered logo asset that Google, Bing, ChatGPT, and Perplexity can index against your brand entity. We deliver the technical files and the markup spec so your developers can wire it into the site correctly.

Can you also redesign my website around the new identity?

Yes — web design and engineering is one of our core practices. Many clients pair an identity engagement with a website rebuild so the rollout is coherent. Or you can keep your current developer; we’ll deliver a design system they can implement faithfully.

What does this cost?

Pricing is tailored to scope — mark complexity, surface count, deliverable depth, and timeline all influence the number. We don’t publish flat-rate menus because real identity work doesn’t fit one. Schedule a 15-minute discovery and you’ll have a written estimate within a week.
