Do we need our own ESP, or can you provide one?
Either. We work in your ESP (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, etc.) or run sends on our ESP+ infrastructure when you don’t have one or are migrating off a poor fit.
How big does a list need to be for prospect email to make sense?
Acquisition email scales cleanly from about 500K records up to 5M. Below 500K we’d usually start with retention work and intent-data lists rather than broad prospect mail.
What about CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and consent rules?
Every send is reviewed against the rules of the audience’s jurisdiction. Suppression files, unsubscribe handling, sender identification, and lawful basis are baked into the workflow — not bolted on at QA.
How do you measure success beyond opens and clicks?
Inbox placement, reply rate for B2B, conversion or revenue per send for B2C, list growth net of churn, and lifetime value of an acquired subscriber. Open rate is a vanity metric on its own.
Can you fix a poor sender reputation we already have?
Usually, yes — it takes 30 to 90 days of authentication work, list cleansing, gradual warming, and sometimes a domain split. We tell you upfront if a clean restart is faster than a repair.
How does email pair with direct mail and SPEAR?
Email reaches the inbox; direct mail reaches the household; SPEAR reaches the IP at the office. We sequence the same buyer across all three so frequency and message stay coordinated.
What does pricing look like?
Engagements start at $1,000/month for retainer programs. Prospecting sends scope by list size and frequency. We quote one all-in number that covers strategy, creative, deployment, and reporting.
Do you only work with B2B?
No — we run B2B (ABM, lead-gen, prospecting) and B2C (retention, acquisition, lifecycle) programs. The data warehouse and the workflow handle both, and most clients use us for at least one of each.
