Consulting that picks up a keyboard—not just a slide deck.
Tridence consults across design, brand, marketing, AI, and engineering. We embed with your team, ship work alongside the recommendations, and leave you with a system that runs without us.
Most consulting decks make great PDFs and bad products.
A strategy you can't ship is a story. We do strategy that comes with the team that builds it.
Recommend, present, invoice, leave.
Six-figure decks, no implementation, your team left to translate slides into specs. The hard part starts after the consultant's plane leaves.
Recommend, build alongside, transfer ownership.
We pair strategy with working artifacts—designs in Figma, code in your repo, dashboards in your stack. By the time we leave, your team owns it.
Where we consult.
Six practice areas across the full digital stack—pick one, pick all, or let us help you scope.
Brand, identity & product design
Logos, identity systems, design systems, product UX. Strategy that ends in working components, not just mood boards.
Web & application engineering
Architecture review, build acceleration, modernization. Next.js, headless, mobile, performance, accessibility.
AI strategy & implementation
Use-case prioritization, model selection, RAG architecture, agent design, evals, governance. From "should we?" to shipped.
Marketing, SEO & paid
Channel strategy, SEO 3.0 / AI-overview optimization, paid media architecture, attribution, lifecycle.
Data, RevOps & analytics
Warehouse design, attribution, dashboards, CRM/RevOps process. The stack you actually trust to make decisions.

How an engagement actually goes.
Listen
Stakeholder interviews, system audit, customer review. We learn the business before we recommend changes to it.
Frame
Recommendations with sequencing, sizing, and trade-offs. No "best practice" without showing the work.
Build
We ship the work alongside your team—designs, code, content, dashboards. The deliverable is working software, not slides.
Transfer
Documentation, training, handoff. Your team should be able to operate the system without us before we step out.
The operating model.
A working list of tools, methods, and frameworks we bring with us.
Questions we get a lot.
Are you strategy or implementation?
Both, deliberately. We don't do strategy without an implementation plan, and we don't do implementation without strategy. The two are scoped together.
How do you staff engagements?
Senior, in-house, US-based. No offshore handoffs, no junior teams hidden behind a senior face. The people who scope the work do the work.
Do you offer fractional leadership?
Yes—fractional CTO, head of design, head of marketing, head of growth. Typically 1–2 days per week, with a clear scope and exit plan.
How is pricing structured?
Tailored to scope. Most engagements are fixed-fee phases with optional retainers afterward. We don't do open-ended hourly billing.
Will you work alongside our internal team?
Almost always. Our best engagements are joint—your team brings context, we bring craft. Knowledge transfer is built into every phase.
What if we just need an outside opinion?
A 2-week discovery sprint or a fractional advisory retainer covers that. You'll get a memo, not a deck, and time on the calendar to ask follow-ups.
Stuck on a strategy, a build, or a hire?
Tell us the situation. Fifteen minutes, real opinions, and a clear next step—even if the next step isn't hiring us.
