Site down? White screen? Hacked? We fix it.
Tridence handles WordPress emergencies and ongoing maintenance for sites that can’t afford to be offline—malware cleanup, white-screen recovery, plugin conflicts, hosting migrations, and the kind of “it was working yesterday” problems that wreck a Tuesday. Thirty years of disciplined web ops, on call when you need it.
The Tuesday-morning five-alarm list.
If your site is currently doing one of these things, we’ve probably fixed it before lunch a hundred times. Triage starts the moment you send the URL.
White Screen of Death
PHP fatal error, memory exhaustion, or a half-dead plugin taking the whole front end with it.
Hacked / Malware Injection
Defaced pages, redirect injections, pharma spam, or Google Safe-Browsing blocking traffic to your domain.
Database Connection Lost
wp-config credentials drift, MySQL crash, or a host quietly capping your connections.
Plugin / Theme Conflict
Update broke checkout. Or the editor. Or both. We bisect, isolate, and ship the safe rollback.
Site is Crawling Slow
Bloated database, runaway autoload, broken cache, or a CDN that gave up. Lighthouse below 30.
Locked Out of WP-Admin
Lost credentials, hijacked admin email, or a 2FA plugin that won’t let anyone back in.
From one-time rescue to ongoing operations.
Three ways to work with us—one-shot emergency triage, a monthly maintenance retainer, or a fully-managed care plan with hosting, security, and performance baked in. Pricing is tailored to scope, not flat-rate.

Malware monitoring
Hourly scans against Wordfence + custom signatures, with auto-quarantine and human review.
Uptime monitoring
Multi-region pings every 60 seconds with PagerDuty escalation—outages caught before customers notice.
Performance tuning
Database optimization, image compression, cache tuning, and Core Web Vitals tracking.
SSL & DNS
Certificate renewals, DNS hygiene, CAA records, and HSTS preload eligibility maintained.
Hosting & CDN
Managed migration to enterprise hosts, Cloudflare WAF, and CDN cache rules tuned to your stack.
Bug fixes & small dev
Layout glitches, form issues, and that weird thing in Safari—handled within your monthly hours.
Compliance
WCAG 2.2 AA reviews, ADA scans, GDPR cookie consent, and privacy policy upkeep.
SEO & AI hygiene
Schema validation, sitemap audits, broken-link sweeps, and llms.txt maintenance.
Monthly reporting
One-page summary of updates shipped, threats blocked, performance trend, and uptime score.
Four steps. One calm site.
From the moment you send the URL, we follow the same four-step playbook. No guessing, no panic, no “have you tried turning it off and on again.”
Triage
15-minute call. We pull error logs, snapshot the site, and confirm scope. You’ll know what’s broken and what it’ll take.
Stabilize
Backup, isolate the failing component, and bring the site to a working state—even if it means temporary maintenance mode.
Restore & harden
Root-cause fix, malware cleanup if needed, security hardening, and a controlled relaunch with monitoring active.
Document
Incident report, what changed, what to watch for, and recommendations to prevent the same fire next quarter.
WordPress — and the universe around it.
We’re WordPress specialists, but emergencies don’t happen in a vacuum. We work fluently across the full operational stack a modern WP site actually runs on—so when the symptom is on the front end, we know where the cause might really live.
If you’re running it, chances are we’ve fixed it before. If we haven’t, we’ll tell you that on the triage call instead of sending an invoice.

WordPress is where we started. Not where we stop.
WordPress runs roughly 43% of the web—so it’s where most of our emergency calls originate. But modern brands rarely live on a single stack anymore. Marketing sites on WordPress, storefronts on Shopify, docs on Webflow, customer portals on Next.js, internal tools on a custom Rails app—all of it living behind one DNS record. When something breaks, it’s usually not where the symptom appeared.
We architect, audit, and rescue across the full modern web stack. WordPress emergencies are our specialty, but the same disciplined triage playbook—snapshot, isolate, restore, document—works on any site, any framework, any host. If your stack runs on the public internet, chances are we’ve worked on it before.
WordPress · Drupal · Craft
Classic CMS platforms with plugin ecosystems, custom post types, and the legacy code paths that come with them.
Strapi · Sanity · Contentful
API-first content backends paired with React, Vue, or Svelte front ends. We debug both halves.
Next.js · Astro · Gatsby
Static-site generators, ISR, edge functions, and the Vercel/Netlify deploy pipelines that run them.
Shopify · BigCommerce · Woo
Theme bugs, checkout failures, app conflicts, and Liquid debugging across hosted and self-hosted stores.
Webflow · Squarespace · Wix
Hosted builder migrations, custom-code injections, and the export-to-real-stack moves teams eventually need.
Laravel · Rails · Django
Bespoke applications with their own deploy pipelines, queue workers, and the late-night incidents that follow.
Cloudflare Pages · S3
Edge-deployed sites, Workers KV, R2 buckets, and the DNS-level fixes that bring a CDN-fronted site back.
AWS · GCP · DigitalOcean
VPS recovery, EC2 misconfigurations, RDS connection storms, and the IAM tangles that lock teams out.
What clients actually ask.
How fast can you start on an emergency?
Triage calls happen same-day during business hours and within four hours on retainer. Most fixes start within an hour of the triage call ending. If your site is currently down, send the URL and the words “it’s down”—we’ll prioritize.
Can you fix a site you didn’t build?
Yes. The majority of our emergency work is on sites built by other agencies, freelancers, or in-house teams. We don’t need access to original source—just admin (or SFTP) and DNS. We document everything we change so the next person on the file isn’t guessing.
What if my site has been hacked and is blacklisted?
We clean the malware, request review with Google Safe Browsing and McAfee, harden the site against the same attack vector, and follow up until the warning clears. Most blacklist removals complete within 72 hours of cleanup.
Do I have to switch hosts to work with you?
No. We work with whatever host you’re on—GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround, Kinsta, WP Engine, AWS, your nephew’s VPS, all of it. We may recommend a migration if the host is the actual cause of the emergencies, but it’s never a precondition.
How is pricing structured?
Tailored. To your scope. No flat-rate menus. Emergency rescues are scoped against the diagnostic findings; care plans are scoped against site complexity, traffic volume, and required SLA. Most monthly retainers fit a clear, predictable budget.
Do you handle WooCommerce / membership sites?
Yes. Commerce sites are some of our most common care-plan clients—they can’t afford downtime, and the plugin matrix is unforgiving. We’re fluent in WooCommerce, MemberPress, Easy Digital Downloads, and the payment-gateway integrations around them.
Get the fire out. Then keep it that way.
Most WordPress emergencies are recoverable in hours, not days—if you start the triage now. Fifteen minutes will tell us, and you, exactly what we’re working with.
