October 2022 - Entrepreneur Dean Nixon, a Ponte Vedra Beach resident, growing up, plans to open a restaurant concept called Plenti. Plenti will offer poke bowls, salads, toasts, smoothies, and beer and wine.
Opening in January in Vista Brooklyn along Riverside Avenue, it is a mixed-use development in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Downtown.
Nixon plans to operate 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. daily and expects Plenti to hire 15-20 employees. The seating capacity is around 30, including outside patio seating.
A welcoming addition to the Jacksonville restaurant scene in the downtown area.
