WHAT WE DESIGN

Twelve brand artifacts, one coherent voice.

A modern brand isn’t one tagline—it’s a system of words, frameworks, and prompts that hold up across every surface a customer or a language model will touch in 2026.

01

Positioning statements

Single-sentence definitions of who, what, why, and how—written to survive scrutiny from a CEO and a cold prospect.

02

Naming & taglines

Names that clear USPTO, render in 16 characters, and ladder back to the brand’s actual strategic position.

03

Voice & tone guides

Twelve documented modes—from boardroom to TikTok—with do’s, don’ts, and side-by-side rewrites.

04

Messaging architecture

Three-tier hierarchy: master narrative, audience-specific value props, and channel-specific proof points.

05

Audience personas

Research-backed segments with jobs-to-be-done, objections, and the specific words they actually search and speak.

06

Narrative frameworks

Story arcs that turn category problems into ownable plotlines—deployable across keynote, deck, and homepage hero.

07

Brand pillars

Three-to-five themes the brand will own in earned media, sales conversations, and AI Overview citations.

08

Manifestos & mantras

The internal compass—short, repeatable, and defensible—that aligns founders, sellers, and creative partners.

09

AI-prompt libraries

Forty-plus prompts that produce on-brand output from ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini without reinventing voice each time.

10

Boilerplate copy

The 50/100/250-word descriptions that show up in press, partner decks, and AI Overview search results.

11

Sales enablement copy

One-pagers, objection scripts, and discovery questions—written in voice, ready for the next demo.

12

Brand guidelines

The 20–30 page document that codifies it all—typography of language, not just logos.

PROCESS

Five phases. One brand that ships.

Strategy on a deadline. We move from discovery to documented system in five to seven weeks—with a working draft in your hands at every milestone.

PHASE 01

Discover

Stakeholder interviews, customer calls, competitive teardown, and an audit of every word your brand currently puts into the world.

Week 1
PHASE 02

Define

Positioning, pillars, and audience definition—debated, sharpened, and signed off before a single creative word is written.

Week 2
PHASE 03

Design

Naming, voice modes, narrative arc, and the messaging architecture that ties strategic intent to creative output.

Weeks 3–4
PHASE 04

Document

Brand guidelines, AI-prompt library, persona maps, and boilerplate copy—everything packaged for handoff and rollout.

Weeks 5–6
PHASE 05

Deploy

Team training, partner briefings, and a 30-day post-launch governance window to keep early implementations on-voice.

Week 7
SELECTED WORK

Strategy you can read.

QUESTIONS

What founders actually ask.

How is brand design different from logo design?

A logo is a mark. A brand is the entire system of words, voice, narrative, and visual rules that the mark stands for. We do both—but on this engagement we’re focused on the strategy and language: what your brand stands for, who it’s for, and how it sounds across every surface a customer will touch.

Do you handle trademark clearance for naming?

Yes. Every name we recommend is screened against USPTO records, common-law uses, and domain availability before it gets put in front of you. For final-round names we’ll coordinate with your trademark attorney for full clearance and filing.

What is an AI-prompt library and why do I need one?

It’s a set of 40-plus reusable prompts engineered to make ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini produce on-brand output—product descriptions, social posts, sales emails—without your team retraining the model from scratch each time. As the models shift, we update the library.

How is pricing structured?

Tailored. To your scope. No flat-rate menus. We scope each engagement against the artifacts you actually need, the timeline you’re working against, and the level of stakeholder involvement required. Most strategic-positioning engagements land in a focused 2–3 week window; full systems run 5–7 weeks.

Can you work alongside our existing creative agency?

Often, yes. Many of our engagements pair with an in-house creative team or a separate visual-design agency—we own the strategy and language layer, they own the visual layer, and we sync at every milestone.

Do you offer brand audits as a stand-alone engagement?

Yes. A two-week brand audit examines your current positioning, voice consistency, narrative architecture, and AI-search visibility—and delivers a prioritized list of fixes whether or not you continue with us afterward.

Let’s build a brand worth repeating.

A positioning statement, voice guide, and AI-prompt library is two to seven weeks of disciplined strategy work away. Let’s start with fifteen minutes.
