◧ CRM · Pipeline · 2026
CRM that fits your pipeline—not your software vendor.
Tridence designs, customizes, and integrates CRMs around the way your team actually sells, services, and renews. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, or a custom build—the implementation follows your motion, not the demo deck.
Tailored · To your scope · No flat-rate menus
The honest part
A CRM is not a license. It is your operating record.
Most "CRM problems" are actually process problems wearing a CRM costume. Reps logging into three tools, marketing and sales counting different leads, finance pulling its own spreadsheet because the CRM lies. We do not start with the platform; we start with the motion. Then the platform fits.
Buy · Configure · Hope
The license is paid. The default pipeline is in. Three custom fields per rep, none mapped to anything. Reports take an analyst a week. Renewals are tracked in someone’s inbox.
This is not CRM. This is shelfware with a logo.
Map · Build · Adopt
The motion is documented before the platform. Stages, fields, and automations match how deals actually move. Integrations are clean, dashboards are trusted, and adoption is measured weekly.
This is the CRM your CFO will defend.
What we build
Six CRM disciplines. One source of truth.
Whether you are picking your first CRM, escaping a botched implementation, or scaling past the limits of your current one, the work fits one of these tracks.
CRM strategy & selection
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, Pipedrive, or a custom build. We will tell you which one fits—and which ones we would rule out for your motion before the first license is signed.
Implementation & customization
Pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects, automations, and dashboards built around your real motion. No 47-stage pipelines. No fields nobody fills in.
Integrations & data sync
ERP, billing, marketing automation, support, and product—wired into the CRM with two-way sync, conflict rules, and an audit trail finance can read.
Migration & data cleanup
From spreadsheets, legacy CRMs, or three disagreeing systems. Deduping, normalization, and a mapped record-of-truth on day one—not "we’ll clean it up later."
Custom CRM development
When the off-the-shelf platforms genuinely do not fit—regulated industries, unusual objects, or proprietary workflows—we build a CRM you own outright.
RevOps, reporting & adoption
Forecasting, dashboards, attribution, enablement, and the unglamorous work of getting reps to actually log activity. Adoption is a metric, not a hope.
How engagements start
Three entry points. One standard.
No SKUs, no flat-rate menus. Pick the front door that matches where you are; we size the work after a real conversation.

How the work moves
Map. Build. Migrate. Adopt.
Every engagement runs on the same loop. The names are unglamorous on purpose.
The motion, on paper
Sales, marketing, service, and finance each draw the truth. Stages, exits, and hand-offs get named. Disagreements surface here, not in QBR three quarters later.
Configure & customize
Pipelines, objects, fields, automations, and dashboards built to the documented motion. Every field has an owner and a reason to exist.
Data & integrations
Cleanup, deduping, mapping, and two-way sync to the systems that matter. Old spreadsheets are archived, not migrated as-is.
Enable & measure
Training, runbooks, and weekly adoption metrics for 90 days. The CRM that does not get used is not a CRM. The CRM that gets used becomes the system of record.
The stack
Platforms and tools we ship with.
We are platform-agnostic and platform-honest. The list below is what we have shipped on; the right one for you depends on your motion, not our preference.
FAQ
CRM questions, answered honestly.
HubSpot or Salesforce?
Depends on your motion, your team, and your data. HubSpot wins on time-to-value and PLG motions. Salesforce wins on complex enterprise sales and deep customization. We have shipped both and will tell you which one to rule out before the contract.
Can you fix our existing CRM instead of replacing it?
Most of the time, yes. Replatforming is expensive and rarely the actual fix. We will quote a fix-in-place before a rebuild whenever it is honest to.
How do you handle migration?
Field mapping first, dedupe second, dry-run third, cutover last. Old data does not get carried forward unless it earns its way in. We do not migrate dirt.
Do you do custom CRMs?
When off-the-shelf genuinely does not fit—regulated industries, unusual objects, or proprietary workflows—yes. We will not steer you to a custom build to inflate scope.
How do you measure adoption?
Logged activities per rep, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and the gap between dashboards and decisions. Adoption is a number on a scoreboard, not a vibe.
What does it cost?
Tailored to scope. There is no flat-rate menu. We size the work after a 15-minute discovery and a feasibility pass, never before.
Got a CRM you do not trust, a migration on the calendar, or a pipeline that lies?
Bring three deals you cannot find and one report you do not believe. Fifteen minutes, real revops, no slide deck.
