The Downtown Development Review Board will examine conceptual plans for the East Bay Street project.
The 323 E Bay Street RE LLC group based in Miami paid $1.4 million for the building on Jan. 22.
Plans submitted by JAA Architecture Inc. show a proposed 2,250-square-foot rooftop bar and entryway doors, storefront windows, and glass awnings.
The interior build-out appears to show stage lighting and an outdoor lounge area on the second floor.
The 0.13-acre site is next to a parking lot, Live Bar Seafood, and Justice Pub.
