Here’s a list of the parking lots and areas where paid parking will be in effect:

  • 100 Block of 6th Ave North
  • 6th Ave North Endzone
  • Pier Parking Lot - 503 1st Street North
  • City Parking Lot Behind the Ritz - 450 2nd Street North
  • City Parking Lot East of the Ritz - 422 1st Street North
  • City Parking Lot Behind Beachside Casuals - 102 2nd Avenue North
  • Latham Parking Lot Next to Sneakers - 14 1st Street North

The City has four paid parking lots:

  • 14 1st Street North (Latham Plaza)
  • 422 1st Street North
  • 503 1st Street North (Pier)
  • 450 2nd Street North.

Paid parking program hours are Friday, 8 pm until 2 am. Saturday, 10 am until 2 am Sunday, and Sunday, 10 am until midnight.

There are three pay-kiosks in the Pier lot at 503 1st Street North; three kiosks are located in the Latham Plaza Lot at 14 1st Street North, two kiosks in the lot at 422 1st Street North, and one kiosk is located in the lot at 450 2nd Street North.

Note: No cash is accepted at kiosks. Payments are made via credit/debit card, and all major cards are accepted.
