The city is currently reviewing a building permit application for a Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant location within the Mandarin Landing shopping center. Construction costs are estimated at $4.5 million.

The proposed establishment will be housed in a 10,725-square-foot standalone building at 10601 San Jose Blvd., complemented by a 709-square-foot patio. The layout includes various dining spaces, a bar, a tasting bar, private dining areas, patio dining, and a retail section.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant LLC, based in Downers Grove, Illinois, is listed as the client, while Cooper’s Hawk Mandarin – Jacksonville LLC is noted as the business owner. Jacksonville-based Regency Centers Corp manages the property.
