Did you know that Jacksonville City and JaxParks have opened the 4th adaptable kayak launch site at Mandarin Park? It now joins Bethesda Park, Hanna Park, and the Southbank Riverwalk as places directly accessible to all kayakers in the great City of Jacksonville.
