The property was the location of <strong>Scarlett O' Hara's and Dos Gatos<\/strong>. Both businesses shut down last year, and the property was put on the market with a listed asking price of $4 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: The two parcels combined for 8,000 square feet with enough room for more than 150 seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer, a <strong>Jacksonville restaurateur<\/strong>, was represented by Baker-Dennis, and Sammy Hale of Superior Real Estate represented the seller.
