Plenti will offer poke bowls, salads, toasts, smoothies, and beer and wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Opening in January in Vista Brooklyn along Riverside Avenue, it is a mixed-use development in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Downtown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nixon plans to operate 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. daily and expects Plenti to hire 15-20 employees.
