The Indigo Road Hospitality Group will launch a new sushi restaurant called O-Ku, announced this week. O-Ku is expected to open in early 2022 and is hiring for all positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An O-Ku sushi restaurant is coming to Jacksonville Beach in 2022.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Located at 502 First St. North, the restaurant is across from the Jax Beach pier and will offer ocean views with rooftop dining and bar. The restaurant is approximately 4,400 square feet and can seat up to 165 guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be the first restaurant by the group to open in Florida and the seventh O-Ku location. The Jacksonville Beach menu will offer an “innovative take on traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, O-Ku\u2019s menu provides a fresh and innovative take on traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine. #OkuJaxBeach will offer rare and unique dining options with sashimi and specialty rolls, sourcing seafood from the finest fish markets in Tokyo and Hawaii, alongside well-known local fisheries and other local purveyors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
