It will include a rooftop bar, 150-seat restaurant, a coffee shop, and space for other vendors. The winery is a popular tourist attraction in St. Augustine, with more than 150,000 people coming through the doors in a typical year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If he can get through the approval process as expected, he hopes to break ground in the first quarter of 2022.
