A new nightlife venue, Kicker's, is on the horizon for Jacksonville's San Pablo Station.

Envisioned by Robert Tilka of ServStar Management, the country-themed bar will bring a unique vibe to the area with a mechanical bull, a boot-shaped bar, and a sizable dance floor but without a full kitchen setup.

The design and construction of Kicker's are being managed by local firms, highlighting a strong community connection in its development.

The city is reviewing a building permit application for the project. Build-out costs are estimated at $450,000.
