Jacksonville Beach development continues, as Demolition begins today on the former Campeche Bay Cantina and Ruby Beach Brewing Co. buildings at Jacksonville Beach, making way to construct a two-story restaurant and retail building.
Developer Marc Angelo, formerly of The Angelo Group, plans to build an approximately 19,000-square-foot facility that would house at least one restaurant and event space. The remaining space would be available for either a second restaurant or a retail tenant. Angelo has named the project the Jax Beach Town Center.
This ‘gateway to Jax Beach’ is coming after a newly opened Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach Hotel.
